Do you make something amazing and want to be a vendor at one of the fairs?
First thank you so much for wanting to join us. We have so much respect for anyone creating something and being willing to put it out into the world. Each vendor application is carefully considered against our entry criteria.
Here is what you need to know:
You must make what you are selling.
If you don't make it or upcycle it or deconstruct it we won't accept it.
Your work must be unique. Please don't infringe on copyrights.
This is a juried show and selection is based on above criteria

Great photos of your products and an active presence on social media can help.
You must be from Vancouver Island and the little islands, sorry I know it seems very islander of us.
Applying earlier than later may put you closer to the top of the list.
Unfortunately we can't accept any food vendors at this time.
We strive to be a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.
This is a juried show and selection is based on above criteria.
Jury and market organizers have the right to select vendors that are the best fit for the target market and demographic.
Fitting this criteria does not guarantee you a spot, we get far more amazing applicants than we have room for unfortunately.
Booth sizes and prices will be listed on the application form.
LITTLE OWL KIDS FAIR TBD
The Little Owl Kids Fair was started 10 years ago and focuses on handmade goods for babies and kids, parents and families. Little Owl is still on hiatus for the forseeable future. It used to happen several times a year at different locations on south Vancouver Island. Little Owl also showcases young makers selling their art and designs. For some of them it is their first experience selling at a market. It has been incredible to see the talent in these young makers and also to see their confidence grow with this experience.
YOUTH VENDORS
The Little Owl Kids Fair is very proud to feature young makers! Young makers spaces are for kids and youth who would like to sell their handmade products at a market. Setup starts at 8am and doors open 10am-4pm. Spaces are half of a 6x2.5 foot table. All products must be constructed and designed by the vendor. There is no fee to participate but it is required that 10% of vendor proceeds be donated to a charity of your choosing. Parent supervision of anyone under the age of 13 is required. All youth must attend with permission of a parent/guardian. Little Owl organizers are on hand to check in with young makers and assist them if needed through the day but are not legally responsible for their welfare at all times this responsibility remains with the parent/guardian.
IMPORTANT: Please let your child know that there are many kids who apply and acceptance is based on product and first to apply. We wish we could make room for everyone who applies, but there isn't always room. Youth vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible.

WORKSHOP HOSTS
Free craft workshops are a favourite of the Owl Designer Fair. We offer workshops for all different ages and skill levels to encourage visitors to take home a new skill and encourage a love for making. We are always looking for talented and creative people who are passionate about sharing their skills with others. If you are interested in being a workshop host please get in touch for more information!
MUSICIANS
